We've been at 316/8 Rai Bahadur Road for a while now. It’s a busy spot in Kolkata. Every day is different, even if the work feels similar. One day it's a small shop owner, the next it's something bigger. We try to keep it simple. If there's a problem, we look for the solution in the rules. It's not glamorous, but it's what we do here. Kolkata 700053 is a good area to be in, lots of regulars stop by just to ask a quick question. We don't mind. Sometimes we have to explain the same thing three times, but that's just part of the day. We don't mind the extra talk.
