Our factory is located at No. 69/1/1 Chetla Road, right in Ward No. 14 of Madhyamgram. Satyendra Food Products Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from this spot for quite a few years now. The air around the building usually smells like whatever we are processing that day, whether it’s grains or snacks. It’s a busy place with sacks of raw ingredients being delivered and boxes of finished products going out on trucks. We have a good number of local people working with us on the floor, and it’s a lot of manual work to keep everything moving. The machines are loud and the floor is always a bit dusty, but that’s just how food production goes. We don't have a fancy office for meetings; we usually just talk near the loading dock or in the break room. We focus on making sure the food is packaged right and stays fresh for the customers. Sometimes there are delays with the suppliers or the weather makes it hard to move the goods, but we manage somehow. We aren't a giant multinational company, just a local business trying to put out good products for the market. We keep our overhead low and our processes simple. Madhyamgram is a good place for us because we are connected to the main roads, which makes shipping much easier. We just keep our heads down and work.
