Chahat Apparels

Chahat Apparels is located at No. 184 Jamunalal Bazar Street. It’s one of those streets where you really have to pay attention because there is so much happening at every corner. Our shop is just a simple place among many others, but we’ve been at this number for quite a while now. The building is basic and honest, much like the work we do here with the garments. We spend our days surrounded by fabric and the smell of the market outside. Jamunalal Bazar has a certain energy that you don't find in the newer parts of the city. It’s dusty and loud, but it’s where we feel at home. Most of our time is spent sorting through the different apparel pieces and getting them ready for whoever needs them. We don't have any big mission statements or complicated goals, we just show up and handle the business as it comes. Sometimes the street gets so blocked with carts and people that it’s hard to even get to the door, but that’s just part of the experience of being in this market. Inside, things are a bit more organized, even if it looks a little cluttered to someone else. We know where every pile is and what needs to be shipped out next. It’s a steady kind of life, and we wouldn't have it any other way. The daily routine here keeps us busy enough without needing to worry about anything else.
