Career Aspirants Institution Llp is situated right at 4/B Deshapriya Park West, which is a pretty nice area if you know Kolkata. It’s near the Tollygunge side and not too far from the Kalighat post office. The park is right there, so there’s always a bit of a breeze if you stand outside for a minute. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and a lot of folders. We’ve been here for a bit now, and the neighbors are all used to us. It can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely at the building numbers, but we’re there. We usually get in around ten and stay until the work is finished. There’s always someone coming in or out, mostly people looking for information or just checking in on things. It’s not a huge space, but it works for what we do. We try to keep things simple. No big meetings or anything like that, just sitting down and getting through the list for the day. Sometimes the internet acts up, or the tea guy is late, and we just deal with it. It’s a very local kind of setup. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything. Just some chairs for people to wait and our desks in the back. It feels like home after being here so long. We just focus on the daily stuff and try to stay organized among all the noise and the heat.
