Caldyne Automatics Ltd

We’re located at 52/2 Katadanga Road, right near the Fingapara post office. This is part of North 24 Parganas. The name Caldyne Automatics Ltd is what’s on our registration, but locally folks just know us as the place with the machines. We work with automatic systems and mechanical parts. It’s a lot of metalwork and fine-tuning things so they run right. The shop is often noisy with the sound of lathes or drills. We’ve been here in Fingapara for quite a while. The road outside can get dusty, especially in the summer. We spend our hours looking at components and making sure the specs are correct. It’s precision work, but we do it in a very hands-on way. There’s no fancy air conditioning in the main workshop, just big fans that move the air around. We have a handful of workers who’ve been with us since the start. They know the machines better than anyone. We don’t spend much on decorating the place. The money goes into the equipment and the materials. We deal with other businesses mostly, supplying them with the parts they need for their own factories. It’s honest work. We start early in the morning and close up when the light fades. It’s a steady life here on Katadanga Road. We just keep the gears turning, literally, day after day. It might not look like much from the outside, but we take pride in what we build here.
