We handle a lot of logistics and physical goods here, so the space is usually filled with samples and packing materials. It’s not a showroom; it’s a working office. We have a post box because we still get a lot of mail the old-fashioned way. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for years. We don’t really have meetings with PowerPoint slides. Usually, we just talk over our lunch or while we are packing up for the day. The building is simple and doesn't have any big signs out front. We know our regulars and they know where to find us. It gets a bit dusty with all the materials we handle, but that’s just part of the trade. We don't use any marketing tricks to get people through the door. We just rely on the fact that we do what we say we will do. If a shipment is late, we tell you. If we can't do something, we say so. It’s a very plain way of doing business, but it has worked for us so far at 15-C, Cline Row. We just keep plugging away at our daily list and making sure the orders are moving.
