Birla High School For Girls

Working at 7 & 8 Moira St means you’re right in the middle of everything in the Circus Avenue area. Birla High School For Girls has a lot of history on this street. It’s not a quiet place by any means. There is always a bit of a rush in the mornings when the gates open up. We just try to keep things steady and moving along. The building itself has seen a lot of years pass by. People often get us confused with the other buildings on the street, but we are right here at numbers 7 and 8. It’s a practical sort of place to work. We don't spend much time worrying about looking polished; we just focus on the daily tasks at hand. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tricky on Moira St, but we manage just fine. You’ll find us mostly busy with the students and the general upkeep of the grounds. It feels like a small community inside these walls, even with the city noise right outside. We see the same faces every day, which is nice for us. It’s just a standard part of life around Circus Avenue. Most of the staff here just want to get the job done and help the girls get through their lessons without too much fuss. It is a long day sometimes, but being situated here on Moira St makes you feel connected to the rest of the neighborhood. It is our usual spot and we like it well enough.
