Bhowmick Electronics

Bhowmick Electronics is located at Shop No-13, right on Chandni Approach. We are very close to the LIC Building in Chandni Chowk, which is a really crowded part of town. Our shop is a bit small and the shelves are usually overflowing with wires, remotes, and different circuit boards. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we generally know where everything is kept. Most of our day is spent at the workbench with a soldering iron in hand. We look at a lot of broken gadgets and try to see if they can be fixed instead of being thrown away. Sometimes the parts are hard to find, so we have to look through our old stock. The noise from the traffic at Chandni Chowk is constant, but you get used to it after a few years. We don't have a big corporate office or anything polished. It’s just a local shop where you can bring your electronics and talk to the person who will actually be doing the work. We’ve been at this same location for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. People mostly find us by walking past or hearing about us from a neighbor. We just do our best to get the repairs finished so people can have their things back. It is a humble business but it keeps us going.
