Industrial Trading Corporation

Our office for Industrial Trading Corporation is tucked away on the 4th floor of Plot No. P-44 on Rabindra Sarani. Specifically, we are in Room No-409. It’s one of those older buildings where you can feel the history of the city. Rabindra Sarani is always a whirlpool of movement, with people selling everything you can imagine. Getting up to the fourth floor can be a bit of a workout if the lift is being temperamental, which happens more often than we’d like. Inside our room, we have shelves and filing cabinets crammed with records and catalogs. We trade industrial goods, mostly acting as the middle link between manufacturers and the people who actually use the tools. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and writing down order numbers. The room isn't very big, so we have to stay organized or we’d lose track of everything. The windows look out over the street, and the noise from the market below stays with us all day. We’ve got a small kettle for tea, which is pretty much essential for us. We aren't a big corporation despite the name; it’s just a small group of us handling the trade day in and day out. We know the regulars who come by, and we’ve built some good relationships over the years just by being consistent.
