Craneco India

Craneco India is down on Paharpur Road, specifically at M-100 in Garden Reach. It’s an industrial part of town, so there’s always noise from the docks or the trucks passing by. Our place is tucked in among other warehouses and workshops. It’s a grit and grease kind of neighborhood. The office itself is just a part of the larger building. We have high ceilings and some old fans that hum all day. It’s not the kind of place you come for a fancy meeting. It’s where we coordinate the crane movements and talk to the drivers. The walls are covered with old maps and schedules. We’ve been at this Garden Reach location for a long time. The road outside can get pretty muddy when it rains, and the traffic is a nightmare during shift changes. We usually have some tea around four o'clock while we wait for the reports to come in. There’s a lot of metal and heavy parts lying around the yard area. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’re too busy making sure the cranes are where they need to be. It’s a practical setup for people who aren't afraid of getting their hands dirty. We just keep our heads down and get through the list of jobs every day without much fuss. It is what it is, and we like the industrial feel.
