Bhatter'S is located at 12B Russel Street, a place that feels like it’s been there forever. We’re in an old part of Kolkata, and the building we’re in has that classic look you don't see much anymore. We’ve been operating from this address for quite a while, and we’ve seen the shops around us change many times over the years. Inside, it’s mostly just us doing the daily grind. We aren't big on those fancy corporate offices with glass walls. Our space is functional and a bit cluttered, which is how we like it. It feels like home after all these years. We deal with customers one on one, and we don't use scripts or prepared lines. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Russel Street gets a lot of foot traffic, so there is always someone popping in with a question or just to say hello. We don't have a grand mission or a list of goals on the wall. We just want to finish the day’s work and make sure nothing was missed. It’s a simple way to live and work, but it has served us well so far. The fans hum in the summer and the rain beats against the windows in the monsoon, and we just keep going. That’s who we are, just a local business on a famous street, doing what we know how to do.
