We are located at 14 Mall Road, specifically Plot Number 68 in Hare Krishna Pally. It is a busy part of the neighborhood, and there is always something happening on the street outside. Our office for Bharatbarsha Skill LLP is a straightforward space. We have a few rooms where we conduct our training and handle the paperwork. It is not a fancy corporate headquarters by any means. The chairs are basic, and we have calendars from three years ago still hanging on some of the walls. We focus on skill development, which means we get a lot of different people coming through the door. Some stay for a few hours, others for the whole day. We try to keep things relaxed. There is no dress code here; we just wear what is comfortable for a day of work. The staff is small, and we all know each other's families. We usually get our lunch from the local shops nearby. Sometimes the noise from Mall Road can be a bit much, but we just shut the windows and keep going. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to help people learn a new skill so they can find better work. It is a small business trying to do some good in Kolkata.
