Bhairav Nath Rice Mill Private Limited

Our rice mill is located out in Jugberia, on Manikdanga Road. It’s part of the North Parganas area. We operate under the name Bhairav Nath Rice Mill Private Limited. The place is actually care of Kabita Roy in Tegharia. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but that’s where the space is for a mill. We spend our days dealing with grain and machines. It’s dusty work and very noisy when the equipment is running. We’ve been doing this for a while now. It’s a family-style environment even though it’s a private limited company on paper. We know most of the people who bring us their crops. There isn't any fancy office here, just the mill and a small space for the records. We keep an eye on the weather because rain can really mess up the drying process. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves or wait for a mechanic from the city. It’s not an easy life, but it’s honest work. We don't have any big slogans. We just process the rice and get it ready for sale. The road out here isn't always the best, especially in monsoon season. We just keep the gates open and handle whatever comes in. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and long hours during the harvest. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep the mill running smooth.
