We’re over at 18, G.C. Avenue. It’s an old part of the city, and the building reflects that. It has high ceilings and those thick walls that keep it somewhat cool even when it’s hot outside. Bass Russel (I) Pvt. Ltd. has been here for a while. If you walk down the street, you’ll see a lot of other businesses that look just like ours. We don't have a big reception area or anything. Just a few desks and a lot of papers stacked up. G.C. Avenue is always bustling with people moving fast. Sometimes it's hard to hear yourself think with all the trams and cars outside. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a practical space. We don't have fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. We just have our chairs and our work. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but we don't mind. It keeps us moving. People come in with questions, and we try to help them out as best as we can without making a big deal out of it. It’s a very straightforward way of running things. We don't do much advertising because people usually find us through word of mouth or they just walk in. It’s been this way for years and we don’t see a reason to change it now. We just do our thing here at number 18 and go home. That is our routine.
