B3 Consultancy Service

This little consultancy started out with just a few of us working together here in Kolkata. We’re located over in the 700078 zip code area, which is a lively part of West Bengal. Lalit Jha is the one who really got things moving, and we operate as B3 Consultancy Service. It’s not one of those massive firms where you can’t ever talk to the person in charge. Instead, we’re a small team, and we usually just sit around a couple of desks trying to sort out whatever problems our clients bring in. Sometimes it’s about finding the right people for a job, and other times it’s just giving some practical advice on how to handle business stuff. Living and working in Kolkata keeps us on our toes because the city never really stops. We don’t have any big corporate manifestos or anything like that. We just try to be helpful when someone gives us a call or drops by the office. The place isn't anything to brag about, but it’s where we do our best thinking. We’ve had some tough weeks where nothing seems to go right, but we always manage to figure it out eventually. It feels good to help someone get their business on track or find a new path. We mostly just stick to what we know and try to be as straightforward as possible with everyone we meet. We aren't perfect, but we try hard and we are always around if someone needs to talk through a problem.
