Aviva Insurance Ltd

Aviva Insurance Ltd is based out of 1/1A Jhowtala Lane in Kolkata. To be honest, it’s a quiet street most of the time, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on insurance papers and claims. The 700017 area has a certain feel to it, and we’ve been part of it for a bit. Our office is just a regular room with some filing cabinets and computers. We don’t go for all that flashy decor you see in big city towers. Here, it’s mostly about sitting down with a cup of tea and looking over what people need for their policies. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it hard for folks to get to us, but once they find Jhowtala Lane, it’s easier. We deal with life insurance and other things like that. It’s a lot of reading and making sure the names are spelled right on the forms. We have a few staff members who have been here a long time. They know the regulars by name. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure people have their paperwork in order when things go wrong. It’s a simple operation, really. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the ceiling fan clicking away while we work. It’s just how we do things here. We keep a stack of extra forms on the side table just in case the computer goes down, which happens more than we'd like. It’s just part of the daily routine for us.
