Our garage is located at 22A, Hazra Road. You can’t miss it because there are usually a couple of cars parked out front with their hoods up. It is a noisy place with the sound of hammers hitting metal and the smell of old engine oil everywhere. We aren't the kind of shop that has a clean floor or a fancy waiting room with a coffee machine. Usually, there are parts lying around on the benches and grease stains on everything we touch. We fix all kinds of problems, from engines that won't start to brakes that make a squealing noise. It’s a small crew of us here, and we’ve all got dirty fingernails most of the time. When a car comes in, we just take a look and try to figure out what’s wrong without making it more complicated than it needs to be. Sometimes it takes a while to find the right part, especially for the older models, so cars might sit in the corner for a few days. We are used to the heat and the noise of the traffic passing by on Hazra Road. People come to us because they know we will just tell them what needs fixing and get it done. We don't do any flashy promotions or anything like that. We just focus on the vehicles that are brought to us every day. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until we close up.
