Aureole

Aureole is based in a flat, specifically Flat No 36 at Prasanthi, 1/1 Lake Avenue. This is in Kolkata, West Bengal. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment building instead of a big office block, but we like it that way. It’s a bit more relaxed, I guess. We have our setup in the rooms and we try to keep things organized despite the limited space. Lake Avenue is a nice part of town, even if it gets a bit crowded during the rush hours. We spend a lot of time on our computers here, working on our various projects. There’s always someone making tea in the small kitchen, and we usually have a chat about the news or the weather. We don't have a big sign outside or a receptionist to greet you. It’s just us. The building itself is quite old, so it has a bit of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We’ve been here for a while now and we’re quite settled in. We don't worry about corporate images or looking polished. We just focus on the actual work we have to do for Aureole. It's a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a fancy office. We just do our bit and try to keep things moving along smoothly every day of the week. It's just a regular workplace for us and it works well.
