Ascender Placement Consultancy

We are located over at Shelter Appartment, number 95 on Health Institute Road in Dum Dum Cantt. Kolkata is a big city, but this little corner is where we do our thing at Ascender Placement Consultancy. It’s an apartment-style setup, so it feels more like a home than a stiff office. We spend our days looking through resumes and talking to people who are tired of their current jobs. It gets a bit hectic when a lot of candidates show up at once. The traffic on Health Institute Road can be a real pain in the afternoon, but we manage. We aren’t experts in everything, but we know how to match a person with a desk. It’s mostly about listening to what people actually want instead of just what’s on their paper. Sometimes we have to tell people things they don't want to hear, but that's part of being honest. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings folks to our door in Kol-65. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the job market go up and down. Our desks are usually covered in folders and half-empty water bottles. It’s a real workplace, nothing polished for a brochure. We just try to help out where we can and keep the doors open every morning. It’s often a long day, but we keep going until the work is finished.
