Arrow Exim

Arrow Exim is based at B/22 Chirantani Park, which is in the Banshdroni area. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the center of Kolkata. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit more relaxed. Our office is part of this building and it’s where we manage all our trade activities. We’ve been here at B/22 for a long time, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change as more people moved in. The space we work in is quite small. It’s filled with old wooden desks and stacks of paper. We still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way, writing things down in ledgers and keeping physical copies of everything. It might seem a bit slow to some people, but it works for us. We get our mail at the local Banshdroni post office, which is just a short walk away. Sometimes that walk is the highlight of the day when the weather is nice. We don't have a big sign outside or anything flashy. Most people who come here already know us or have been told where to find the building. It’s a quiet life, mostly just handling the orders and making sure the logistics are sorted out. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to do a good job and keep things moving. It’s a small, steady business in a nice part of town.
