Our place is tucked away in Lake Town, specifically over in Block-B at P-25. It’s a bit quieter than the main roads, which we mostly appreciate unless we’re waiting for a delivery that can't find the turnoff. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a good bit now. The office is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and a lot of samples scattered around. We don't really go in for the modern look. Most of our chairs have been here longer than some of the staff. When you come in, you might see stacks of files or boxes waiting to be shipped out to clients. It’s a practical space. We drink a lot of tea while we go over the day's tasks. Usually, the phone starts ringing around nine and doesn't really stop until we lock up in the evening. There’s no big sign outside, just our name so people know they’ve reached the right door. We handle the paperwork, talk to the suppliers, and try to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It gets a bit cluttered sometimes, especially when we have a big project going on, but we know where everything is. It’s just a regular local business trying to do things right. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to tell us how to talk to people. We just talk like normal folks.
