Our office is tucked away at 10, Lord Sinha Road. It is an older part of the city that has a lot of history and character. We spend our days working on toys and various types of games. Most people think our job must be non-stop fun, but there is actually a lot of tedious planning and safety testing that goes into every single item we develop. The office is usually a bit of a mess, with prototypes and half-finished game boards scattered across almost every flat surface. We try to create things that kids will actually want to play with more than once, rather than just something that looks pretty in a box. It involves a lot of looking at different materials and trying to figure out how to make parts fit together so they do not break. Sometimes the whole team gets stuck on one small rule for a game and we spend the entire afternoon arguing about it. We do not have a stiff corporate culture here. It is more like a group of friends trying to figure things out as we go. We have been at this address for a long time and we have grown fond of the neighborhood. Lord Sinha Road has a specific pace to it that we really like. We are not trying to be a giant global brand. We just want to make stuff that is fun and lasts for a while.
