Our academy is basically just a few rooms where we show people how things work in hotels and restaurants. We have a small setup that looks a bit like a dining room and another part that is more like a front desk. It is not a five-star hotel itself, but we use what we have to teach the basic skills. We spend a lot of time practicing how to talk to guests and handle different situations that come up. The building is older, so it has some character and some quirks.
