B.3/51, T.G. Road is our home base. We are right across from the Hindi Nagrik School in Fatepur, which makes it easy to find if you are wandering around Garden Reach in Kolkata. This part of West Bengal has a lot of character and we have been part of it for a while now. Anthroplace Management Services, A Placement Consultancy is basically what we do here, but that just means we spend our time talking to people and looking for openings. The office is in the South 24 Pargana area. It is a bit of a walk from the main transport links sometimes, but it is a good neighborhood. We have a lot of schools and small businesses around us. The building isn't brand new or anything, but it works for what we need. We sit at our desks, answer the phones, and try to keep everything organized. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when the school across the street lets out, but we don't mind the energy. We are just regular people trying to run a business in India. There is no corporate manual here or fancy dress code. We just wear what is comfortable and do the work. It is mostly about listening to what people need and seeing if we can find a match. We've been at this address for long enough that the postman knows us by name. It’s just a steady, daily process of keeping things moving. We usually close up once the sun goes down.
