You can find us at 69 Tanupukur Road. It’s a regular street in Kolkata, and we’ve been operating Anjana Mufty Food & Beverage out of here for a while now. The building isn't anything special to look at, but it's where we get everything done and keep the records. We handle different kinds of food and drinks. Most of the day is spent checking the inventory or talking to the delivery guys who come in and out all the time. It gets pretty cramped in the office sometimes when a big shipment arrives and we have nowhere to put it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees or a glass building. It’s just a handful of us making sure the daily tasks get finished. The 700031 area is a good spot to be in, even if the road gets a bit messy during the monsoon rains when the puddles start to form. We don’t spend money on big signs or fancy decorations. We’d rather just focus on the work itself. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit stressful, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some paperwork done. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other small business in the city. It’s a lot of manual work and staying on top of the small details. We just take things one day at a time here on Tanupukur Road. It’s a practical setup, and we like it that way. No fuss, just the usual business stuff that needs doing.
