Anjali Flourtech Private Limited

Anjali Flourtech Private Limited is tucked away at 1538, Rabindra Pally, in the Laskarhat area. We fall under the Tiljala police station jurisdiction, out here in South 24-Parganas. It’s an interesting spot to be in because it feels like a mix of the city and something a bit more residential. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we do our technical work with flour. We call it "Flourtech" because we try to use some better machines than the old-fashioned ones, but at the end of the day, it's still about grinding grain. The streets around Rabindra Pally can be a bit narrow, so getting deliveries in and out takes some patience. We’ve had to learn how to manage the space we have. Inside, it’s mostly just us and the machinery. We don’t have a receptionist or a lobby. If someone comes by, they usually just knock on the main door. We spend a lot of time checking the machines and making sure everything is running like it should. Sometimes things break down and we have to fix them ourselves, which usually involves a lot of grease and a bit of frustration. But we get it back up and running. It’s just how we operate. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a bit now and the locals know us. We’re just trying to do a good job without making a big fuss or acting important.
