Our place is at 20, Vidyasagar Street in Kolkata. The name is Anj Food And Beverage Llp. It’s an old part of the city, 700009, so the streets are a bit narrow. We’ve been here for a while now. It’s a food and drink business, mostly handling the basics. Nothing too complicated. The building has some character to it, like most things in this part of West Bengal. We don't have a big HR department or a PR firm. It’s just us. My nephew helps with the accounts and a few neighbors work the main floor. We start the day with tea and then get to work. It can be a bit chaotic when the deliveries arrive all at once. The street gets blocked sometimes, and we have to move fast. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just make sure the food and beverages are handled right. It’s a noisy neighborhood, but we like it that way. It feels alive. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a big order to finish. We aren't a giant corporation. We are just a local LLP trying to stay busy. If you’re walking down Vidyasagar Street, you might smell what we’re working on. It’s a decent living and we enjoy being part of the community here. No frills, just honest daily work in the heart of Kolkata. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.
