We are set up in Sreerampur at the Amulya Kanan Housing complex. Specifically, we are at 3/1. It’s a quiet enough area most of the time, which is good for the kind of work we do. We handle HRE services, which is basically human resources and recruitment. It’s a lot of looking at names, numbers, and backgrounds. We aren't a big city firm with a penthouse office. Our space is modest and fits what we need. West Bengal has a lot of people looking for work and companies looking for help, so we stay pretty busy. We don't have a big corporate philosophy or anything like that. We just wake up, come to the office, and try to match the right person with the right job. Sometimes the rains make the commute a bit difficult, and the office gets a little damp, but we keep going. The neighbors in the housing complex are used to seeing people come in for interviews. We keep our coffee simple and our conversations direct. There’s no point in making things more complicated than they need to be. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the local rhythms. It’s just us, working through the piles of resumes and trying to be as helpful as we can to the folks who reach out. It’s decent, honest work in a local setting that we know well.
