Ajp Engineering Co. is located at 49 Jhatwala Rd. It is a straightforward kind of place. We have been at this address for quite some time now and the neighbors all know us. Jhatwala Road isn't the biggest street, so it can get a little crowded when someone is trying to back a truck in or out. The building is an older one, but it is sturdy and fits everything we need for our engineering work. You won’t find any shiny signs or fancy reception areas here. We usually have the doors open to let the air circulate, especially when the weather is warm. There is always a bit of iron smell in the air and the sound of tools hitting metal. It is the kind of place where you don’t mind getting your hands a little dirty. We have a small desk for the paperwork, but most of the action happens on the floor. People in the area know us as the place at number 49. We don't do much advertising or anything like that; we just stay busy with whatever comes through the door. The street has changed a bit over the years, with new shops opening up, but we just keep doing what we do. It is a simple setup, nothing more and nothing less. If you walk past, you will probably see one of us standing near the entrance taking a quick breather before getting back to the machines.
