We are based over at 3A Convent Lane in the Tangra area. If you know Tangra, you know it’s got its own unique vibe. Our shop is tucked away on the lane, and we’ve been here for quite a while now. We do fashion creation, which basically means we spend all day around sewing machines and piles of cloth. It’s a lot of work and it gets pretty loud in the workshop sometimes with all the machines going at once. We don't have a fancy storefront. It’s a practical space designed for working, not for showing off to people. The people who work here have been with us for years, so we’re more like a small family than a company. We eat lunch together and complain about the heat when the summer hits hard. Tangra is a busy place, and there’s always something going on in the streets outside. We don't pay much attention to the fancy trends you see in the magazines. We just focus on making what our customers ask for. It’s a lot of manual labor and attention to detail. Sometimes we make mistakes and have to start over, but that’s just part of the process. We aren't a big factory with hundreds of workers. We’re just a small group of creators on Convent Lane trying to do a good job. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we do. We're usually here until late at night.
