A Techno- Finance International Firm

We are at 1B Lovelock Place, specifically in Flat 1C, here in Kolkata. Lovelock Place is one of those spots that feels a bit hidden away from the main noise of the city. The building is older, with that solid feel you don't get much anymore. We use the flat for A Techno- Finance International Firm. Inside, it looks like any other office that’s been in the same place for years. We have a lot of books and technical manuals on the shelves. The lighting isn't the best, so we have a lot of desk lamps scattered around. It’s a quiet place to work, which is good because the finance stuff requires a bit of concentration. We don't have any big signs out front, just a small nameplate. Most people who come here already know where they’re going. The floor is tiled and easy to keep clean, though the corners get dusty. We have a small table where we sit and eat our lunch together. It’s not a high-tech environment with glass walls. It’s just a regular flat with some desks and computers. We deal with people from all over, but our daily life is very local. We know the guy who sells tea at the corner and the person who delivers the newspapers. It’s a simple way of running a firm, without all the extra polish you see in the new business parks. We like it this way.
