This place is out in Jharkhand, specifically at Block No. Tr 1/7 in the West Bokaro Colliery area. It’s a bit of a different setting for a fast-food place, being so close to the mines and the hills of Hazaribagh. My name is linked to this spot through my family, and we’ve been around Ghatotand for a long time. Working as an assistant manager here means I see a lot of the local guys from the colliery coming in after their shifts. The dust from the mines is everywhere, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the floors and the counters. It’s a simple life out here. We don’t have the big city crowds like they do in Ranchi or Patna, but we stay busy enough. The address is easy to find if you know the colliery blocks. It’s just a small office and a kitchen where we try to keep things moving. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make sure there is food ready and the staff is doing their jobs. Some days the electricity goes out and we have to wait for the generator, but that’s just how it is in this part of the country. We are just local people working a job in a mining town. It’s not a fancy life, just honest work.
