We are over on Dhaniapara Road in Barrackpore. It’s a local spot near Nona Chandan Pukur. The office is in a residential-feeling area called Anandapuri. We have been working out of this space for quite some time now. People from around North 24 Parganas stop in to talk about their vacations or work trips. It is usually a mix of busy phones and people dropping off passports. We don't have a big fancy showroom. It’s just some desks, chairs, and maps on the wall. The neighborhood is quiet mostly, except for when school lets out. We handle all kinds of travel details. Sometimes it’s a simple train ticket, other times it is a big family trip abroad. We spend a lot of time checking prices and looking for better dates. Every day is a bit different depending on who walks through the door. The humidity in West Bengal can be tough on the old printers, so we deal with that too. We aren't a giant corporation with thousands of employees. It is just us here in Barrackpore trying to get things right for the people who trust us. We know most of our regular customers by their first names. It makes the day go by faster when you’re talking to neighbors. We just keep things simple and keep the records straight. There is always plenty to do and not enough hours in the day.
