Yadav Metallics

Our workshop is over at Shahunagar, specifically at No 18/636 in Bhonemal. We are quite close to the Raviraj Kumbhar Hospital, so that’s usually how people find us. It’s a metal yard, so there’s always a lot of scrap and finished pieces lying around. The sound of grinding and welding is constant. It’s loud and it’s hot, especially during the summer months. We handle all kinds of metallic work here. My hands are usually covered in grease or soot by the time lunch rolls around. We don’t have any fancy office staff. If you call, you’ll probably talk to me while I’m holding a torch. The yard is a bit disorganized, but I know where every single piece is. We get a lot of trucks coming in to drop off raw materials. Sometimes the neighbors complain about the noise, but we try to keep it within the daylight hours. The hospital nearby means there’s always traffic, so we have to be careful when we’re moving the heavy stuff across the entrance. It’s a family-run operation. My sons are learning the trade now. We don’t use any high-tech gadgets, just the tools we’ve had for decades. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from dawn to dusk. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done for each job that comes in. There is always a pile of steel waiting to be cut or joined.
