This is where Jai Corp Ltd operates from in Kolhapur. We are located in the Snehabandh Apartment, specifically in Building Number 7, Block 1. It is part of the P.W.D. Housing Society over in Takala, right in the Mali Colony area. It is a quiet residential spot, not a big office tower or anything like that. Most of the neighbors know us by now. Nitin Kambli is the name on the door here. We have set things up inside one of the apartments because it is convenient and keeps us close to the local community. The walk to the office is just through the society gates every morning. It is a bit different from working in a commercial park, but it suits the way we handle things. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of files to organize, but we manage just fine with the space we have. Working out of Mali Colony means we get to see the same familiar faces every day. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything fancy to show off. It is just a straightforward place where the daily work happens. We handle our business here and keep things low-key. The apartment has enough space for our desks and a small area to sit.
