Shahbaj Steel is located at No. 12/890 near Hatti Chawk. If you have been around this area, you know how busy Hatti Chawk can get with all the traffic and people moving through. Our shop is right in the middle of that energy. It is a simple setup where we keep our stock of steel. There isn't much to the building itself, just some walls and a roof to keep the rain off the metal. Most of our day is spent moving heavy pieces around and talking to people who drop by. The floor is concrete and usually covered in a bit of dust from the road outside. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the inventory well. Sometimes the noise from the chawk makes it hard to hear, so we have to speak up. It's a very straightforward business. We don't use any fancy computer systems to track things; we mostly just know what we have and where it is. The sign outside has been there for years and the paint is peeling a little, but everyone knows it’s Shahbaj Steel. We open up early and stay until the evening rush starts to die down. It’s a local spot for local needs. We don't try to be anything we aren't. If you need some steel and you're near Hatti Chawk, you'll see us there by the corner. It's just honest work in a busy part of town. Most of our customers are neighbors.
