Steel Art

We've been at 67/68 Akiwate I.E. for a while now. It's an industrial area, so it gets noisy and busy during the day. Steel Art is basically just us working with metal. People come by when they need something specific made or fixed. We don't have a big front office or anything fancy. It’s mostly just the workshop floor and the tools we use every day. Sometimes it gets messy, but that's how it is when you're cutting and welding stuff all day long. We know most of the neighbors around here. If you're looking for our spot, just head into the estate and look for the numbers. It’s not hard to find if you know where you’re going. We deal with all sorts of requests, from small bits to bigger projects that take up a lot of space. We just get on with the work. No one here wears a suit, and we usually have grease on our hands by noon. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t spend much time on the computer or making things look pretty for a website. We’d rather just be out back getting things done. If someone stops by, we talk to them, figure out what they need, and see if we can help. That’s how we’ve always done things here. It's practical. We like the work, even when it’s hot or the machines act up. It's just what we do.
