We are over here in Ankalkhop, working out of Tasgao. It’s mostly just us handling the food and agro processing side of things lately. The place is located right at G.No. 572, which isn't too hard to find if you know the post office area. We started Vasant Shanti Food And Agro Processing L because there was a lot of farming happening around here but not much processing being done nearby. It gets busy during the harvest season. My family has been in this area for a long time, so setting up this facility felt like the next step for us. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Most of the work happens on the ground with the machinery and the crops coming in from the local fields. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, but we keep at it. People from the village come by often. We try to keep the operations straightforward without making it too complicated. It’s a lot of manual work and checking the quality of what we produce. The address is just the spot where we do everything, nothing special to look at but it works for what we need. We've been through a few changes over the years, learning how to handle the equipment better. It’s just a regular local business trying to make something useful out of the local produce we get here in Ankalkhop.
