Hardutt Rai Jagesh Parahad

Our place, Hardutt Rai Jagesh Parahad, is situated in the village of Tandulwadi. We are right by the post office, which is where most of the local activity happens. Since we are in Tehsil Walva, we are quite close to the NH-4 road, making it easy for trucks and deliveries to reach us without getting lost in the smaller village paths. The building is an old one, passed down through the family, and it has that solid, heavy feel to it. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning, just some ceiling fans that hum all day long. The work we do is varied, mostly dealing with the needs of the village and the surrounding farms. It’s a slow pace of life compared to the city, but we like it that way. You can see the highway from the edge of the property, with cars zooming by while we sit and have our tea. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone writing fancy speeches for us. It’s just us, the same people who have been here for decades. When someone needs something, they just walk in through the main gate and ask. We keep our records in big thick books and try to stay organized as best as we can. It’s not a complicated business, just a part of the village life that keeps on going year after year near the highway. We just do our part in Tandulwadi and keep things moving.
