Down in Goulwadi, life moves a bit slower than in the big cities. Oxigen Agro Food Private Limited is located at H.No.28, right in the heart of our village in Chandgad. Being in Kolhapur, we have good soil, but the hills around here make transport a bit of a headache sometimes. We started this because we wanted to do something with the food grown right here instead of sending it all away immediately. It is a small setup. We don't have a big corporate board or anything. It's just a few of us who know the local farms. The building isn't much to look at, just a sturdy place to keep the equipment and the records. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local growers. Sometimes we stay late because a shipment got delayed on those winding Chandgad roads. It’s not a glamorous job, and the paperwork for a private limited company is honestly a bit of a pain. My cousin handles most of the emails because I’d rather be out back checking the stock. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just work with what we have in Goulwadi. If you come by, you'll probably find us drinking tea and worrying about the next harvest. It’s just a normal business run by people who live right here.
