Shree Mahalaxmi Agro Farms Pvt. Ltd.

This branch is located at No. 101 in Vishwakarma Complex, right in the Devkar Panand area. Even though it is a similar name to other places nearby, we focus on our own daily tasks here. It is mostly about managing the agro farm operations and making sure the supplies are getting out to the fields on time. The office space is simple and functional. We have a couple of desks and some shelving for all the ledgers and records we have to keep. Being in Devkar Panand, we are right in the middle of things, which makes it easy for vendors to reach us. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed but we do stay busy with the seasonal changes. When it is planting season, everyone is rushing around and the phones don't stop ringing. During the slower months, we spend time fixing up the equipment and organizing the warehouse. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to make sure everything is in order. Sometimes we forget to water the plants in the office, but the ones on the farm are doing fine. It’s a basic operation and we like it that way because it keeps things clear for everyone involved. We just take it one day at a time and deal with the weather.
