Trinity Farmers Producer Company Limited is based at House Number 941 in Khochi, which is in the Hatkanangale area of Kolhapur. Our address has a bit of a repeat in the records, but we are easy enough to find in the village. We are just a collection of local farmers who wanted to do things differently. Kolhapur has some good land, but it is hard to make a profit when you are working all alone. We decided to come together so we could share the load. Our office is just a small room where we keep track of things. We don't have any marketing experts or polished speeches. We just talk like we always have, about the weather and the crops and the hard work. Sometimes we struggle with the technical side of running a company, but we help each other through it. We aren't trying to be some big national brand. We just want to help the people in Khochi get a better deal for their hard work. It is a very local thing, and most of us have known each other our whole lives. We grow what we can and we try to be fair with one another. It’s a lot of long hours in the sun and getting our boots muddy, but that is just part of the job. We are just regular people trying to keep our farming traditions going.
