Traditional Recipes Private Limited is based at 1678 E in the Vithal Chambers. We are on the 9th Lane of Rajarampuri. This area is quite well known for its old shops and local feel. We have a small office and kitchen space here where we work on old-style recipes. It is the kind of place where things are done the long way, not the fast way. We do not use a lot of fancy machinery. Most of what we do is by hand, just like it used to be done generations ago. The building, Vithal Chambers, has been around for a while and it has a lot of character. We like being in the 9th Lane because everything we need is just a short walk away. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us who know these recipes well. We spend a lot of time talking about how things should taste and smell. Sometimes we disagree and have to start a batch all over again. It is a slow process but we do not mind. We are not trying to rush into every store in the country. We just want to keep these traditions alive in our own small way. If you come by, it usually smells like spices and toasted grains. It is a good place to work, even if the space is a bit cramped with all our storage jars and supplies.
