Being out here in Kolhapur means we are a bit away from the main city buzz, which is something we actually enjoy. The office is called Star House, but don't let the name fool you into thinking it's some high-rise luxury building. It’s a solid, functional place where we manage a whole range of consumer goods. We have a lot of different things going on at once, from inventory checks to coordinating with the local distributors. It can get a bit messy with all the paperwork and samples lying around the tables. We are just a group of regular people who show up every morning and try to keep things running smoothly. Some days are slower than others, and sometimes we have a bit of a laugh during our lunch breaks. We don't really do the whole corporate mission statement thing. Instead, we just focus on the actual tasks at hand. Whether it's checking the latest shipment or talking to a vendor, we just take it one step at a time. It’s a decent place to work and we’ve built up a good routine over the years. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s honest labor and we’re happy to be part of the Kolhapur community.
