We are located at 190 West Mangalwa Peth. This place has been the hub for our operations for a long time, and we mostly deal with the local farming community and the sugar business. It’s a cooperative, so things are run a bit differently than a standard private company. We have a lot of people coming in and out throughout the day, especially during the harvest season. The office is often full of folders and ledgers, and there is usually a pot of tea going somewhere in the back. It’s a practical environment where we discuss crops, prices, and the schedules for the mill. We don’t have any fancy furniture or decorations; it’s just a place to get the administrative work done. The staff here knows most of the farmers by name, and we spend a lot of time just talking and listening to what’s happening in the fields. Mangalwa Peth is a busy area, but our building is a familiar spot for everyone involved. It can get a bit loud and hectic when everyone is trying to get their paperwork processed at once, but we manage to keep things moving. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished slogans. We just focus on the work that needs to be done for the members and the community. It’s been our way of doing things for years and we don't see that changing anytime soon.
