Smaran Krushi Producer Company Limited

Smaran Krushi Producer Company Limited has its base at House No. 308 in Tambati. This is over in the Wavoshi area. It is a small community where people still stop to say hello on the street. Our office is just a part of the house, nothing more. We have a lot of farmers who are part of this producer company and they often drop by to see how things are going. Tambati is a quiet sector and we like that it is away from the main city noise. Inside the house, we have a few cupboards for our files and a large table where we can all sit around and talk. We don't use any fancy technology, just basic phones and some ledgers to keep track of everything. The air is fresh out here in Wavoshi and it is a good place to think about the crops. We spend most of our time discussing what the members need and how we can get things done more efficiently. There is no boss who sits in a separate room. We all work together in the same space. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make room for everyone during our big meetings. It is a very practical setup. We are just local people trying to work the land and keep the business side of farming from getting too complicated for us.
