Shri Vakoba Agro Producer Company Limited is based out of Adoli, right on the road heading toward Radhanagari. We’re located at Gat Number 513/2. If you know the area, you know the land here is what keeps us all going. We aren’t some big city business with suits and ties. We’re farmers. This company was formed because we wanted to have a say in how our stuff gets sold. For a long time, we just took whatever price was offered, but now we try to organize things better. Radhanagari has its own challenges with the terrain and the weather, but we’ve lived here our whole lives so we’re used to it. The office is just a simple place on Adoli Road where we meet up to discuss seeds, tractors, and who’s going to take the next load to the market. We don't use any of those big words you see in advertisements. We just talk like normal people because that’s who we are. Some days the work is exhausting and you wonder why you do it, but then you see the crops growing and it feels okay again. We’re just trying to support our families and keep the village economy moving. It’s a group effort, and everyone puts in their share of the work. It’s not perfect, and we’re still figuring some things out, but we’re making progress one day at a time.
