We’re over in Shinoli, which is a bit of a quiet spot in the Chandgad area. Our office is just at House Number 412/A. It’s not some big glass building you’d see in Mumbai, just a normal place where we can sit and talk about farming. Being a farmer producer company means we spend a lot of time with the local folks here. Most of us have been working these fields for as long as we can remember. We decided to get together to make things a bit more organized. It’s not always easy and there is a lot of paper to sign, but we get through it. We don’t have a receptionist or fancy coffee machines. Usually, someone just brings a thermos and we sit on the porch. The 412/A house is easy to find if you know the village. We handle whatever the season brings us, from grain to vegetables. It’s a lot of work and our hands are usually dirty from the morning’s chores. We don't really do big advertisements. Most people just walk in or call us on the mobile. It’s a simple life in Shinoli, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and try to do right by the people who trust us. Sometimes the rainy season makes the roads a mess, but we still show up to work. It’s just how it goes here.
