Shri Gurumauli Classes

Shri Gurumauli Classes is out on Kupvad Road in Sangli. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the other side of town, but for the people living nearby, it’s convenient. We have a decent-sized space here. The front door is usually kept open during the day to let some air in. It can get quite dusty because of the trucks on Kupvad Road, so we have to dust the desks every single morning. We have some basic wooden benches and a few plastic chairs for when we have extra people. The walls have a few posters of maps and diagrams. We don't have air conditioning, just a couple of wall fans that stay on all day. It’s a very simple environment. We don’t have a big fancy office for meetings. If a parent wants to talk, we just pull up a chair in the main room. We spend our time going through the syllabus and checking student work. It’s a lot of repetition, but it’s how things get learned. We’ve been here for a while and the building has some character, like the creaky floorboards in the back room. We don’t do any advertising. People just find us. We open the doors, do the work, and then lock up in the evening. It’s a humble place, just like most of the businesses along this road in Sangli. We’re just here to do the job.
