Aakanksha Classes

Aakanksha Classes is located in the Mangalwar Peth area of Kolhapur, specifically at 1957 B Ward. We are right by the Shahu Bank Chowk, very close to Sandeep Bakery. You can often smell the fresh bread while we are in class. We have been here for a long time, and the building shows its age a bit, but it’s sturdy. We teach various subjects to local students who come in after their regular school hours. It’s a busy part of town, so there is always a lot of noise from the street, but once the door is shut, we get down to business. We don’t have any high-tech equipment, just the usual benches and a board. It’s worked for years, so we haven't seen a reason to change it much. Most of our students are from the surrounding neighborhood. We know their parents and their families. It’s more like a small community than a business. We handle everything ourselves, from the teaching to the cleaning. It’s hard work, but we like it. Sometimes we have a lot of students and it gets a bit crowded, but we make it work somehow. We don't spend money on big ads because everyone in Mangalwar Peth already knows where we are. We just focus on the books and making sure the kids understand their lessons. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day in Kolhapur and we are happy with how things are.
